Building Aerobic Conditioning (stamina), Threshold (endurance), and VO2 Max (aerobic power) are key to a good conditioning program but everyone's entry into these moments will be different.
In a 30 minute call (Zoom) we will discuss your background, goals and what assessments you need to complete to build your Aerobic and Anaerobic Profiles. With assessments, a 4 week program, individually tailored to you and your goals will be created. We will walk through your program via Zoom call.
Unlimited email support and a Zoom follow up at the 2 week mark to discuss progress, obstacles and any other questions.
